Check-in & Check-out

• Key handover + explanation: €15 per visit
• Key handover outside office hours: €20 per visit
  (Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Cleaning and Linen Service
With our cleaning and linen service, we ensure that your property is always clean and welcoming for your guests, so they feel at home and can enjoy their stay right away.

• Cleaning Service
  We ensure your property is thoroughly cleaned so it is always neat when your guests arrive. The prices for cleaning are as follows:

  • 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom: €70*
  • 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom: €75*
  • 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: €80*
  • 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: €100*
  • 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms: €120*

• Linen Service
  We ensure clean beds and fresh towels, so your guests feel at home immediately. Our linen service includes bedding, towels, kitchen towels, etc. These items are washed, ironed, and made up.

  • Linen and Towels Only: €10 per person*
  • Bed-making: €5 per person*

Interim Cleaning
Want to offer your guests extra comfort during their stay? We offer interim cleaning, allowing your guests more time to relax. The costs for interim cleaning are:

• Interim cleaning (linen and towels only): €10 per person*
• Other cleaning tasks (per hour): €20*
